Easy to make moist banana bread that has been highly sought after, time after time. One of the easiest bread that you can cook at home.

Ingredients:
You can make Banana bread with very few ingredients.
2 bananas, they needs to very ripen.
150 gm atta/maida - You can use any flour you like.
50 gm butter
60 gm Sugar
2 eggs
Baking powder/soda - If you wish to make eggless bread, just add baking powder + baking soda.
Some resins or chocolate pieces for test or garnish
Pinch of salt
Some cardamom pieces / vanilla flavor
Some milk to add.

Preparation:
There are 3 parts of making this bread. Dry preparation, wet preparation and baking.
1. Dry preparation :
First add cardamom to sugar and grind fine powder in mixer. Keep it aside.
Take flour, add pinch of salt, 1/2 spoon of Baking soda. Mix it well and keep it aside.
2. Wet preparation :
Take 2 bananas, mash it in a bowl. Add 2 eggs to it. Mix it well. Add melted 50 gm butter to it. Mix it again for 2 Mins. Now add grinded 60 gms of sugar+cardamom powder.
3.Now add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix it well. Add some milk to the mixture if it's dry. It needs to be semisolid. You can more sugar if you want. Add half resins or chocolate pieces here.
4. Take baking pan. Line it with some butter. You can use aluminum foil if you are not going to use oven. Spread rest of resins or chocolate pieces at the bottom of baking pan first and then pour the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly. Now it's ready to bake.
5. Baking: You can bake it in oven or over the gas.
a.Oven Baking :
Pre-heat: Adjust the oven rack to the lower third position and preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
Bake for 5 minutes at 425°F (218°C) then, keeping the bread in the oven, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (177°C).
Bake for an additional 16-17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
The total bake time for the banana bread is about 22-23 minutes.
b. Non oven baking :
Pre-heat: Take 1 kg salt in kadhai. Settle it evenly. Pre heat for 10 mins by keeping the top covered.
Now place the baking pan on the salt. Cover it properly. Bake it for 30 to 40 Mins and you are done.
You can check in between using knife if it's baked.
You can keep this bread for 2 days easily at normal room temperature. So if you have browning bananas on your counter, this would be a great treat for your weekend! Enjoy!
